Building websites is fun!

But it can also be dangerous. Do not look websites in the eye. Do not make sudden movements around websites.

Your Mom Is Leading A Secret Double Life

And it's tearing this family apart.

Here's a simple "white trash" mac 'n' cheese recipe with ketchup and spices for that down-home, no-frills vibe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (8 oz) elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or any melty cheese you like)
  • 1/4 cup milk (whatever you’ve got—skim, whole, or even evaporated milk works)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Get Cook'n:

  1. Cook the Macaroni: Boil the elbow macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add milk and shredded cheese, stirring until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
  3. Mix in the Spices: Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the Ketchup: Stir in the ketchup until it blends with the cheese sauce.
  5. Combine with Macaroni: Toss the cooked macaroni back into the pot and stir to coat it with the cheesy ketchup sauce.
  6. Optional Heat: If you like a kick, sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes.

Serve it hot and maybe throw some more ketchup on top if you’re feeling bold! Enjoy!

Me Fighting Bears in Ohio

A lot of people said I couldn't win in a fight with a bear, which was stupid of them to say, so I strapped on my best suit and my old Gargoyles TV-show branded velcro sneakers and beat the ever-living daylights out of an ursine, suck it.

Me Acquiring Catholic Sainthood

A lot of my friends are Catholics and it was starting to make me feel bad that they were very dumb, so to help I decided to retro-actively justify their worldview by becoming a certified Saint and being a grounded, tangible foci for their worship and prayers. I am a good person.
